The Strange Case of Finley Jayne (Steampunk Chronicles, #0.5) - Kady Cross Nothing special. Btw. that girl's father is a piece of shit!
Where'd You Go, Bernadette - Maria Semple I hated all the characters. And I hated everything else. It started out slow and boring, then it actually got interesting for a while, but it went downhill again.
All My Friends Are Dead - Avery Monsen, Jory John That was weird! I love it!
The Tales of Beedle the Bard - J.K. Rowling I didn't really care about Dumbledore's comments.
Alfred Hitchcock Presents: Stories to Be Read with the Door Locked - Alfred Hitchcock I expected horror stories. Don't let the name of the book fool you!
Zombicorns (Zombicorns, #1) - John Green It finally starts to get interesting and then it ends.
The Tale of Peter Rabbit - Beatrix Potter Rabbits are so cute. That's all I have to say. :)
Tell the Wolves I'm Home: A Novel - Carol Rifka Brunt Finn was wonderful. And Toby in his way. Their story makes me sad. And it's kind of refreshing to read about June and her not so happy ending.

This book will break your heart ad make you laugh. It's beautify written and full of quotes. I found myself in them. Now, I have to mention the elephant in the room. Was she really in love with him? She was just lonely and he was the only person there for her. She was too young to know what real love was. I don't know...But she did love him. And he loved her. And reading about their "adventures" was bittersweet. Sigh.

Anyway...Girls, don't sneak out behind your parents back with older guy whom you just met. Especially if you are underage. :)
Insatiable - Meg Cabot 2.5 stars
I really don't like Lucien. Meena was not much better, but by the end, she found her brain, so...She can pass.
I'm not sure if I'm gonna read the second book. Since I'm curious, I had to check spoilers to see what happens. I like what I saw, so maybe I will read it one day.

But I'm still very disappointing by you Meg. I don't buy this insta-love crap. Lucien is not a boyfriends material. I'm sick of it! - He controls my every move, he lurks in the shadows! Oh, how romantic!

Sigh.
Double Love - Francine Pascal, Kate William If I was younger, I would perhaps liked it better.

P.S. Jessica is terrible!
Untamed City: Carnival of Secrets - Melissa Marr This book was not at all what I expected. If you expected the actual Carnival (like I did), you will be disappointed. Strong female character? Likeable male protagonist? Healthy love story? Nope. There is none of that.

Dude (Kaleb) went to girl's (Mallory) real father and asked him to marry her. He said ok, and asked how much will he pay him for her. They made a deal, he called some random naked girl to pretend to be Mallory for the wedding. I think they had sex on the floor then. I could be wrong tho...
Anyway...did I mention that Mallory has no idea that she is married to a guy who she met like a week ago? Now if that's not romantic, then I don't know what tvu luv is!
Oh, I forgot to mention that part of the deal is a child! She has one year to get pregnant. How sweet! She will be so happy when she finds out that she's been married and that she needs to pop out a baby ASAP!

Yeah. That's the actual plot of this book.
Cinderella (Faerie Tale Collection, #4) - Jenni James Nothing special.
Bad Taste in Boys - Carrie Harris I'm finally done with this book!
It was so boring and...juvenile? I guess I'm too old for this.

I hated the main character. She kept saying that shes a geek. She mentioned it in every. Damn. Sentence! - I'm such a geek. Wow, I'm so geeky. He will never like me back because I'm a geek!
Oh, but of core the popular jock does like her back. I just don't know why. They barely even talked!
Lets not forget the fact that she has epilepsy. She is on meds, but they are not really working anymore. She had like 50 seizures in 2 days. I don't know about you, but I would be alarmed. I would go to my doctor ASAP and find a new medicine that will work. But her dad didn't seem to care that much. Nor her brother, teachers or herself!

Ugh!
Snow, Glass, Apples - Neil Gaiman, Julie Dillon Ummm...ok. I love fairy tales. And some retellings are great. Especially with a twist. But this one was a bit too weird. Even for me. I mean, come on? Raping? Was that really necessary?
The Handmaid's Tale - Margaret Atwood 3.5 stars
At first, I wasn't really into it, but as I made progress with it, I got sucked in. Some parts will make you scream in terror, especially if you are a feminist. But every girl/woman should feel the same. This is primary a work of fiction, but unfortunately women were treated like that in some way and they still are. We are viewed as a walking vagina for some men. To them, our only purpose in life is to bear children. And make them a sandwich. But I'm not gonna get into that now.

The Handmaid's Tale is not perfect, but its a quick read that will leave you with sour taste in your mouth. To some, it might be a wake up call...

It could have been written better, but overall it's a good book worth reading at least once.
The Passage - Justin Cronin I'm finally done with this book. It was too long and kinda boring. There were some interesting parts, but overall, I didn't enjoy it. I'm not sure if I'm gonna read the next parts. I don't really care about character in it.
